We needed to organise a highly secure, two-day event in Madrid for over 2,000 people from 36 countries with only two months lead time. The logistical complexities of the event were enormous but with our strong project management, delegate management and travel expertise, we were able to produce an event to be proud of with our other event partners. Time zone challenges with delegates, a brand new venue, complex meeting rotations and simultaneous translation into many languages were just some of the challenges we needed to overcome.
