The arrangements for our client’s executive conference were thrown into disarray when the terrible snow hit the UK in January 2010. TTA, however, was on top of everything and managed to rearrange the whole event in 24 hours. The original programme was cancelled and a new agenda developed for an abbreviated event.
Strong negotiations with the venue were necessary to avoid cancellation fees and revised accommodation, food & beverage, entertainment meeting/breakout requirements all had to be put in place. In addition, some delegates places were cancelled, while others were given all new joining instructions, travel assistance and agendas for the revised meeting.
