With a 20 year background in event management and creative production for leading agencies, I love being part of organisations that strive to stay ahead of the curve. Looking beyond the obvious in event experience underpins TTA’s approach and as part of my role I implement business strategy, oversee account management and look for new opportunities in this ever changing industry. I am happiest when helping to develop a client so we are not just an agency but a partner in their business.
I head up event services and work with the board to shape our event strategy and ensure best practices are applied company-wide.
I’ve loved the sheer variety of projects I’ve run across industry sectors such as food technology and healthcare, and being a speaker of both French and Spanish comes in handy when dealing with our global clients and suppliers. I’m fanatical about building enduring client relationships, and continually refreshing our collective event skills, processes and spirit of innovation – all of which helps to keep TTA at the forefront of global event management.
As soon as I joined TTA in 2005, I was excited to be working amid such a professional, vibrant and enthusiastic team. Today, as an Account Manager, I deliver all sorts of events from concept to completion, for clients including healthcare companies, publishing houses and professional associations. I love scouting round trade shows to discover the latest event technologies, especially emerging innovations in delegate registration and event apps that we can subsequently apply to compelling effect for our clients.
I combine a background in global PR and communications programmes with a long tenure here at TTA, where I focus on business planning, proposal development and marketing. Our clients deserve the highest quality service, so I work with our in-house teams and partners to ensure we collectively immerse ourselves in our clients’ business, mobilise our best thinking and implement strong, relevant event solutions. I also populate the TTA radar with the latest industry news, developments and thinking, to inform the ongoing development of our services and processes.
I joined TTA armed with 9 years' experience in marketing and events across several sectors including financial services and insurance. My expertise spans a wide variety of projects from roadshows and conferences to exhibitions, incentives, virtual meetings and incentives. Being part of a busy project team delivering global events for leading international companies is exciting and I love applying my skills and experience to delivering customer and internal events that surpass expectations.
Design Studio Manager
Having originally qualified in art, design and media, I broke into event management over ten years ago and have never looked back. Today, as Design Studio Manager at TTA, I combine my creative flair with my domain knowledge of events management to come up with innovative concepts that will wow our clients from idea to execution. I’m also on an ongoing quest to seek out the best partners in the field, and continually benchmark our suppliers for creativity, quality and value.
Senior Project Manager
No two days are ever the same in global event management and after 15 years in the industry I am still excited by the challenge and excitement of building relationships and getting my teeth into large events for our great clients. With a background in managing pharmaceutical and corporate projects both agency and hotel side, I am resourceful and driven to look beyond the obvious in delivering exceptional events with the TTA team and improving the client and participant experience time after time.
With a degree in event and experience design, plus seven years in events, hospitality, production, marketing and communications, I am excited by all aspects of the industry and the importance of creativity in making each project better than the last. I manage global client projects with a great TTA team and always love to think outside the box to find the best solution to their brief. I am always striving to learn and improve in our mission to deliver the gold standard delegate and client experiences.
I bring a combination of fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and experience in a variety of customer service roles to the mix. As part of a busy account team organising international events for major corporate clients, my role is incredibly varied. I’m particularly interested in delivering an exceptional delegate experience and exceeding client expectations time after time.
Before joining TTA in early 2014, I spent a decade in international TV and media production for organisations like the BBC, Google and the Discovery Channel. The skills and capabilities I cultivated through managing large scale, high-profile projects, talent and crew have been readily transferrable to TTA and the demands of complex global event management. As a Project Manager, I look after a range of international clients from the healthcare and food sectors.

With a 10-year background in the hotel and hospitality industry and considerable agency experience, I have a broad perspective on the events industry. Providing excellent customer service and outstanding attention to detail are intrinsic to delivering a successful event whatever the size, and I enjoy being part of a successful team with a passion to achieve an outstanding event outcome time after time. With a strong pharma background, my role at TTA involves managing a spectrum of events for healthcare clients and their customers across the globe.
I am passionate about building enduring client partnerships. As a project manager at TTA working on international accounts, I can apply my agency and in-house events experience on a global scale, ensuring we're in tune with clients every step of the way to deliver unique projects that surpass expectations. Orchestrating a seamless onsite experience for our clients is a great feeling and travelling to all parts of the world to enjoy new experiences and cultures - while doing a job that I love - is just icing on the cake!
Senior Project Manager
As a senior project manager at TTA I apply my skills and experience in technology, pharma and hotel event management on a global scale, collaborating with great partners, and delivering unique projects that surpass expectations. I have a strong drive for success and this cannot be achieved without nurturing strong relationships. I am passionate about ensuring I’m in tune with clients every step of the way to create a seamless experience. In my spare time, I can’t deny I love a sporting and travel challenge and recently returned from an inspirational international adventure which opened my eyes to the culture and beauty of many countries across the globe.
Joining TTA with an extensive background in customer service and events has enabled me to combine two of my passions – creating memorable experiences and meeting new people on a regular basis. My activities vary day to day, from supporting international projects for key clients to liaising with venues and suppliers and representing TTA onsite at a variety of events. But the fact that no two days are the same keeps my interest in creating life-changing events firing on all cylinders.
Quality and Purchasing Leader
My role is like a large umbrella – quality and regulatory matters, business continuity planning, purchasing and supplier management all come under my remit and serve to keep me very busy! The decade I spent as Account Director at TTA, combined with my previous life as a lawyer, is brought to bear, as I leave no stone unturned during ISO audits, although my ability to read and speak Ancient Greek is called upon less often!
In a nutshell, my job is to provide leadership and direction across the company, so that we deliver the best possible service for our clients and achieve our own business objectives. I work with the other Directors to maintain a strategic focus on the event and procurement needs of our clients, and stay at the forefront of developments and regulations within our key industry sectors such as healthcare, which are subject to rapid change. Helping my colleagues at TTA to develop and fulfil their potential is an especially satisfying aspect of my role.
As TTA operations director, my role is incredibly varied and requires my involvement in many aspects of the business to ensure it runs smoothly. I am also in the forefront of TTA client delivery and my foundation of 27 years’ event, hotel and travel management experience at TTA and other leading industry organisations helps me ask the right questions and advise clients on the event solutions that will deliver the best return on their objectives. I’m fastidious about sourcing venues and suppliers at competitive rates and forging collaborative relationships with global partners.
Client Services Manager
I came to TTA a decade ago, armed with 15 years’ experience in the foodservice industry, so I’m accustomed to managing complex, international supply chains. Appreciating high levels of customer service myself, my event management ethos is similarly based on delivering outstanding client service. I’m a huge advocate of forging long-lasting working relationships, not just for the duration of the event in hand, but to help clients achieve sustainable successes. Managing some of TTA’s larger international projects for global clients takes up most of my time, but I also enjoy helping to shape our new business and sales strategy.
There’s nothing like managing events on-site to get the adrenaline flowing, and I thrive on it. My role at TTA is to provide onsite support to all our project teams for events in the UK and overseas, to help ensure everything goes without a hitch. My activities vary tremendously, from liaising with venues and suppliers to delegate hospitality and gala dinner theming, but my job is always exhilarating – with the inevitable challenge or two to be overcome along the way.
As one of the newest additions to TTA, I bring enthusiasm and experience in customer services to the team. Having studied literature at university and working in the data analysis sector, I also have a keen eye for detail. I am involved in several different projects for international clients working both in the office and onsite and I am incredibly passionate about delivering an excellent end- to-end client experience.
I bring a combination of fresh perspectives and experience in both event management and marketing to the mix at TTA. My international exposure to major public events, high profile product launches and exclusive private events, complements my role as an Account Manager at TTA which is incredibly varied. I greatly enjoy working on all aspects of a project with the TTA team, from conception to completion and value the interaction with clients and colleagues alike, which I believe is key to the effective delivery of events.
Head of Production
My role is to lead the creative production and technical management services offering at TTA. Entering the industry to follow a passion for the stage and theatrical production, I have since worked globally for leading brand experience agencies, bringing together the people and resources required for the production for a wide range of conferences, high profile product launches, exhibitions, consumer experiences and major public events. My experience spans a range of sectors, with specialisms in mobile consumer electronics and automotive. Keeping right up-to-date with new creative event and performance technologies, systems and innovations in construction enables me to provide the environment for our clients to communicate their message in the most engaging and captivating way possible.
I’ve spent over 20 years in the international travel industry in the UK and overseas, which has enabled me shape TTA’s travel department into a customer-focused, flexible service of which we are justifiably proud. I enjoy working closely with my team to come up with bespoke solutions to the often complex travel needs of our clients, and can even be on hand round the clock if needed. I’m always on the look-out for new offerings from partners and suppliers that can improve the travel experience for our clients and their customers, while keeping an eye on the bottom line.
My role is to lead TTA’s finances and ensure everything runs like clockwork, from sales and purchasing to preparing management and year-end accounts for audit. Internally, my priorities include business and finance planning with the rest of the board, and providing budget training and guidance to account teams. However, our outward-looking approach means I also spend considerable time liaising with clients to ensure our financial systems and processes are efficient and in sync.
As a people-person, I love being at the heart of the TTA team with responsibility for looking after some super clients with diverse event needs. Over my eight years with the company, I have worked on a wide range of projects in the UK and overseas and am a vociferous champion of best practice in customer service. Creating a lasting impression is all in the finishing touches, so I love the nitty-gritty aspects of project management that contribute to the bigger picture of event effectiveness.
Working in hospitality laid an ideal foundation for a career in event management: Being able to see any situation from both the venue and agency perspective makes me a firm, effective negotiator on behalf of my clients! Since joining TTA in 2007, I have channelled my hotel, conference and events knowledge into account management, co-ordinating and delivering a wide range of events. Occupying a key client-facing role within a great team makes TTA an immensely satisfying place to work, and I never tire of the challenge to surpass client expectations time after time.
As an event industry specialist for the last 30 years, I’ve been involved in a broad spectrum of events including incentives, car launches, product launches, sales conferences and pharmaceutical events. At TTA, my role predominantly involves managing meetings and congresses across the world on behalf of a life sciences client. I enjoy all aspects of event management, but liaising with TTA clients and helping them to provide the very best delegate experience really makes the role come alive for me.
As a passionate, creative and driven person, I strive to deliver events with exceptional attention to detail and a positive outlook. I have refined my event and marketing skills by delivering a wide spectrum of high-profile programmes across the private and public sector including award ceremonies, government initiatives and industry-led networking events. Creating a streamlined, stress-free event journey for my clients and their customers is my passion and greatest reward. As a TTA Project Manager, I manage multiple projects, such as congresses, investigator meetings, advisory boards and web-based meetings for international clients, in worldwide destinations, with a particular focus on the healthcare industry.
As a member of the TTA board, operating in such a dynamic event environment, I have an energetic and focused approach to running projects with both colleagues and clients. Strategic and operational management take up much of my time, but I thrive on getting right under the skin of clients’ needs and championing innovative event solutions that get outstanding results. I believe the alchemy happens when we combine the old and new – developing lasting client and partner relationships while bringing fresh ideas and innovation to events.
